Antelope

A close up of an antelope out in a field. Antelope are herbavors and that means that they eat only plants. This would be a good photo to use in my classroom when talking about plant eating animals.

Women's Rights

This site is dedicated to the women’s suffrage movement and the amazing women involved. Between 1875 and1938 is clearly documented within the historic essays and descriptive timeline included on this site. Maybe the most powerful part of this site is the 448 photographs showing women in action; picketing, parading, speaking and protesting for their cause. “Women of Protest: Photographs from the Records of the National Woman’s Party presents both images that depict this broad range of tactics as well as individual portraits of organization leaders and members.” (Website)
